FundingFXT provides trading evaluations ("challenges") and funded trading accounts. All accounts are simulated: no real funds are traded, and FundingFXT is not a broker, investment adviser or deposit-taking institution.

By creating an account or purchasing a challenge you agree to these terms and to the trading rules of your program, shown on its program page and at checkout.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. You may not use FundingFXT where doing so is prohibited by the laws of your country of residence.

Each person may hold one FundingFXT user account. Accounts are personal and may not be shared, sold or traded by anyone else.

A challenge is purchased for a one-time fee, paid with one of the payment methods offered at checkout. Your account is created once the payment is confirmed.

The challenge fee is a payment for access to the evaluation service and is not a deposit. It is not refundable once trading has started, except where required by law.

Your accounts are subject to the trading rules of their program, including the profit targets, the daily loss limit and the maximum loss limit (which may be lower once funded). Breaching a loss limit ends the account automatically.

An account with no trade for 30 consecutive days expires, in the same way as a loss-limit breach.

On funded accounts, positions must not be opened from 5 minutes before to 5 minutes after a high-impact news release listed on your account page. Positions opened in that window are flagged, and profit from them may be removed before a payout.

The combined size of your active accounts may not exceed $400K. Orders that would exceed it are refused.

Prohibited practices include exploiting platform errors, arbitrage, news bracketing, cross-account hedging, copying other traders, account sharing, passing services, multiple identities, gambling-style position sizing, shared third-party EAs and abusing the trading server. These apply to challenges and funded accounts.

Suspected prohibited practices are reviewed by a person. Depending on the findings we may issue a warning, decline a payout, remove affected profit, close the account or end your access to the service. Fees are not refunded for accounts closed for prohibited practices.

You may ask for a decision to be reviewed again by contacting us within 14 days. A different team member will review it and reply by email.

The rules shown at checkout are saved with your order and apply to that account for its whole life. Later rule changes apply only to new purchases.

Funded traders may request a performance reward daily. Rewards are calculated as a share of simulated profit, which depends on the program as described on our Payouts page, and are paid using one of the payout methods available in your dashboard.

Your share of a payout must be at least 1% of account size. All positions must be closed and no other payout may be pending when you request.

Consistency (Instant Funding): your most profitable day may account for at most 40% of all profit made on the funded account, including profit already requested. If it is higher, the request is refused until further trading brings it within the limit; the account is not failed. Programs not listed here have no consistency requirement.

Identity verification (KYC) must be completed and approved before the first payout. FundingFXT may review account activity before approving a payout and may decline payouts that result from prohibited practices.

Affiliates earn 10% of the amount paid for challenges by users they refer. Self-referrals and misleading promotion are not permitted, and commissions from such activity may be withheld.

FundingFXT provides the service "as is". We are not liable for losses arising from platform interruptions, price feed errors or events outside our control. Nothing on this website is investment advice.

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. Material changes will not apply retroactively to challenges already purchased.
