1. What we collect
Account data: your name, email address and an encrypted (hashed) password.
Trading data: your accounts, trades, balances and payout requests.
Verification data: when you request your first payout, the legal name, country, document type and number, and the identity document image you upload.
Payment data: order details and amounts. Payments are handled by our payment providers; we never see your full card details or wallet keys.
Technical data: the IP address of login and sign-up attempts, used to protect accounts from abuse.
2. How we use it
To run your accounts, apply the trading rules, process payouts, verify your identity, prevent fraud and answer support requests.
We do not sell your personal data.
3. Cookies
We use one essential cookie to keep you logged in, and a referral cookie for 30 days when you arrive through a partner link. We do not use advertising cookies.
4. Sharing
We share data only with providers needed to run the service (hosting, payment processing) or where required by law.
5. Retention
We keep account and trading records for as long as your account is active and as required for legal and accounting purposes. Verification documents are kept only as long as necessary for compliance.
6. Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or request deletion where the law allows. Email support@fundingfxt.com.
