The challenge
Which programs do you offer?+
2-Step Challenge: 9% then 6% target, 4% daily loss, 10% (7% once funded) max loss. 1-Step Challenge: 9% target, 3% daily loss, 6% max loss. Instant Funding: no profit target, 4% daily loss, 7% max loss.
Is there a time limit?+
No. Take as long as you need to pass each phase. There are no minimum trading days either.
How is the daily loss calculated?+
Your equity may not drop more than the daily loss limit (a percentage of the initial account size) below your balance at 00:00 UTC. It resets every day.
How is the maximum loss calculated?+
It is static: your equity may never fall below the initial account size minus the max loss. On the 2-Step that is 90% of the account in the challenge phases and 93% once funded.
What is the max floating loss rule?+
On the 2-Step Challenge and Instant Funding, your open trades together may never be down more than 1% of the account size (for example $1,000 on a $100K account). Going past it ends the account, like a loss-limit breach, so use a stop loss on every trade.
Can I trade news and hold over the weekend?+
Overnight and weekend holding are allowed everywhere. News trading is allowed in the challenge phases. On funded accounts, including Instant Funding, don't open trades 5 minutes before or after high-impact news; trades opened in that window are flagged and their profit can be removed. Upcoming events are listed on your account page.
What happens if I breach a rule?+
Breaching a loss limit or the inactivity rule closes all positions automatically and fails the account. Prohibited practices are reviewed by a person first. You can start a new challenge at any time.
Is there an inactivity rule?+
Yes. Place at least one trade every 30 days. An account with no trade for that long expires. An open position counts as activity.
Can I have more than one account?+
Yes. Your active accounts can total up to $400K, for example two $200K accounts. Failed and passed accounts don't count.
Can I copy trades or use a bot?+
You can copy trades between your own FundingFXT accounts. Copying other traders or signal groups is not allowed. Expert Advisors you own are fine; shared third-party EAs and HFT are not.
Can I use a VPN?+
Yes, as long as it isn't used to hide that you're in a restricted country. Each account is personal and must be traded only by you.
Payments & payouts
How do I pay for a challenge?+
You pay a one-time fee at checkout using any of the payment methods shown there. There are no subscriptions or activation fees.
How do payouts work?+
2-Step accounts keep 80% of profits, rising to 95% after 4 payouts. Request a payout daily from your dashboard.
Is there a consistency rule?+
Not on the 2-Step Challenge or 1-Step Challenge. Instant Funding: your best day may be at most 40% of all the profit the funded account has made. It never fails your account; if it's above the limit, keep trading and request once it's below.
Is there a minimum payout?+
Yes. Your share must be at least 1% of account size, for example $1,000 on a $100K account.
Do I need KYC?+
Identity verification is required before your first payout, not before you start trading.
Do I need to close my trades to request a payout?+
Yes. All positions on the funded account must be closed when you request, so the profit amount is final.
Platform & account
Which platforms can I use?+
MetaTrader 5 on desktop, web, iOS or Android. Your login details appear on your account page once your account is set up.
Which instruments can I trade?+
EURUSD, GBPUSD, USDJPY, gold (XAUUSD), US30 and NAS100.
Is my account real money?+
No. All FundingFXT accounts are simulated. Payouts are performance rewards based on your simulated results.
How does the affiliate program work?+
Share your referral link from the dashboard and earn 10% of every challenge your referrals buy.
