1. Challenge fees
A challenge fee pays for access to an evaluation service on a simulated account. It is not a deposit, an investment or a balance held on your behalf.
Each program page lists its refund rule. Unless a program says otherwise, the fee is not refundable once a trade has been placed on the account.
2. Before your first trade
If you have not placed any trade, contact support@fundingfxt.com with your order number to request a refund. We review each request and respond by email.
3. Failed or breached accounts
An account that breaches a loss limit or another trading rule is closed automatically. Breaching a rule does not entitle you to a refund.
4. Payment method
Approved refunds are returned using the original payment method where possible. Where a payment method can't be refunded directly, we'll agree another method with you; any network or transfer fees are deducted.
5. Chargebacks
If you open a chargeback or payment dispute, related accounts may be suspended while the dispute is resolved.
